Delivered via Zoom
The key to success for every co-operative business is great governance. This highly regarded workshop is always popular with co-op directors. It is particularly relevant to any new directors, anyone who hasn't attended this workshop previously or for those who haven't had any governance training for a number of years. Governance is really about the way co-op businesses are directed and controlled and is therefore central to the work of any board. It involves understanding the rules, the processes and procedures that ensure boards are discharging their responsibilities effectively. The workshop, to be delivered over two sessions, is designed to provide straightforward practical guidance for any director to be active in the proper governance of their co-operative and will be led by Bob Yuill and Anna Roberston from SAOS.
We are currently putting together the final programme for this workshop and will share it with you as soon as it's available.
