This one-day workshop will be deeply practical, participants will learn to adopt a coaching mindset as well as use a number of coaching frameworks and tools which they can apply in their co-op to empower their teams to become more self-reliant and confident and ultimately drive performance.
Emma is a vibrant, dynamic Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and also a qualified coach supervisor.
With over a decade of experience coaching professionals across the globe, Emma brings an international perspective into the room after living in Australia, Qatar, Spain and West Africa.
