Coaching is fast becoming an essential skill in organisations that want to thrive. It’s an excellent way to support professional and personal development building trust and creating a culture of collaboration and ownership.

You’ll be immersed into the foundational principles, learn how to adopt a coaching mindset, gain perspective on the key coaching skills and learn how to use established coaching frameworks such as the GROW model.

This will be a practical session where you will learn essential coaching skills for managers, which you can apply in your workplace to empower your team to become more self-reliant, confident and ultimately drive performance.
