SAOS Next Generation Award
Every second year, SAOS recognises a young person who has made an exceptional contribution, either as a co-op employee or farmer member director, showing vision and commitment to co-operation. We want to celebrate someone who has gone beyond their role and responsibility to provide exceptional service or commitment to their co-op and its members.

The award winner will be announced at the reception before our Annual Conference Dinner on 16th January at Crieff Hydro. This is a great opportunity to support and promote the next generation, so please take the time to put forward a member/staff member you think worthy of nomination.

Nominees must be 40 or under. Nominations need to be submitted by Friday 20th December 2024 – which isn’t long!
We had a really strong list of nominations last time, which was great to see (but tough for the panel) let’s make it the same this year! ????
