Workshop Overview
The ability to negotiate and to manage conflict effectively are amongst the most valuable skills we can develop to improve our management and leadership performance and enhance our personal development. ‘Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Skills’ is a one-day seminar that provides an insightful strategic analysis of the negotiation and conflict management process and goes on to provide key practical tools and techniques that can be used in a range of negotiation and conflict scenarios.
Participants will leave this course having improved their ability to add value through the negotiation and conflict management processes and will have enhanced their capacities as managers and leaders.
This is a critical skill for any successful manager and is delivered by a specialist trainer withinternational consultancy experience. Tom is a lawyer by training and holds a BSc, MBA and PhD. He is widely regarded as an expert in negotiation. Places on this new workshop are limited so early booking is advised.
