an online workshop
The key to success for every co-operative business is governance. Governance concerns the way co-op businesses are directed and controlled and is therefore central to the work of the board. It involves understanding the rules, processes, and procedures that ensure boards are discharging their responsibilities effectively. This workshop is designed as a basic introduction to the key information and guidance that anyone considering or new to a director position will require to ensure they can be an active player in the governance of their co-op.
Cost is £30 plus VAT for co-op members and £45 plus VAT for non - members
